Terms & Conditions:

Tariff applicable for March to October
Apartments can be rented during low season per night subject to a three night minimum, prices include cleaning on departure. All other seasons apartments are rented on a weekly basis only.
Breakfast is optional and charged at 7€50 per person per day
25% deposit is required for reservation, balance due four weeks prior to arrival date (payable by credit card through paypal, paypal account or bank transfer). Sterling equivalent can be agreed and paid. Please note we do not have credit card facilities for payment on the property for payment of any extras.
Cancellation Policy- Deposit refunded 100% on +3 months’ notice, 50% on -3 months’ notice. No refund of monies paid if cancellation within 28 days of arrival.
Weekly Changeover day is Saturday
Check in between 4pm and 10pm (please note for the comfort of our other guests we strictly do not accept arrivals after 10pm)
Departure before 10am
No smoking in the apartments
Dogs welcome in our two bedroom apartments (Passiflore/Grapevine)
Electricity, gas, water, towels and linen included in the price
Accommodation is required to be left clean and tidy.
Cleaning "drop and leave" service is available for an additional €40.00
No security deposit taken but breakages caused by guests will be charged.

25% deposit required, balance on departure, sterling equivalent can be agreed and paid for deposit
Payment on departure in cash or travellers cheques. Please note that we are unable to accept credit cards for payment on the property.
